Cancellation Policy

Century Cricket Ltd recognises that the needs and circumstances of our customers have the potential to change and consequently we understand that we must be flexible in the way that we offer our services.

Our Cancellations Policy therefore exists to inform our customers and potential customers how and when we will accept cancellations, including any refunds that may or may not be offered.

GROUP SESSIONS

If Century Cricket are informed and given more than 24 hours’ notice of the cancellation in any group bookings, Century Cricket will aim to fill that slot with another booking. If that slot is unable to be taken, then a refund will not be possible. If that slot can be taken, a full refund will be possible.

If Century Cricket are informed and given less than 24 hours’ notice of the cancellation in any group bookings, then no refund will be possible.

INDIVIDUAL 121 SESSIONS

If Century Cricket are informed and given more than 24 hours notice of the cancellation in any individual 121 session, Century Cricket will aim to fill that slot with another booking. If that slot is unable to be taken, then a refund will not be possible. If that slot can be taken, a full refund will be possible.

If Century Cricket are informed of a cancellation and given less than 24 hours notice of the cancellation in any individual 121 sessions, then no refund will be possible.

HOLIDAY CAMPS

If Century Cricket are informed of a cancellation of a Holiday Camp booking less than 7 days prior to commencement of that holiday camp, then no refund will be possible.

If Century Cricket are informed of a cancellation of a Holiday Camp booking more than 7 days prior to commencement of that holiday camp, then Century Cricket will aim to fill that slot with another booking. If that slot is unable to be taken, then no refund will be possible. If that slot can be taken, a full refund will be possible.

In the event that Century Cricket need to cancel a session(s), then Century Cricket will aim to rearrange the missed session(s) at a mutually agreed date/time. If this is not possible, a full refund will be given.
