Can I return my product if I don't like it?
Your product can be returned for a full refund within 7 days (minus costs of post and packaging) if you do not like them anymore. The product must still be in its packaging and as you received it, so that we can sell the item in our shop again. We cannot accept returns for used products. We cannot give refunds for the cost of posting the item(s) back to us.
Can I exchange my item after I have bought it?
If you have bought an item incorrectly (e.g. it is the wrong size, weight or type), you can purchase the correct item from our shop and return the incorrect item to us for a refund. This must be returned to us within 7 days of purchase. Please check our FAQs for guidance on which size, weight or type is right for you. Any returned items due to incorrect type, size or weight must be posted at the customer’s cost. We do our best to guide you to select the right product, therefore, we cannot refund post & package costs for shipping or the cost of returns. All returned items must still be in its original packaging and as you received it. We cannot accept returns for used products.
What if my item is damaged when I receive it?
If your item is damaged, please take a photo of the damage to the item on receipt and send us an email at [email protected] attaching the photo file. We will reply to you as soon as we can with instructions for how to return the item back to us. We check every product for damages and rarely sell any items that are damaged. A full refund of the cost including post & packing will be provided for items that are sold as damaged.
What if the courier says they delivered my item, but I never received it?
Our couriers deliver items on a signed for basis. Therefore, if an item is delivered successfully, either to the customer’s home or to a place that the customer has designated, we will have proof of delivery that we can send to you. If you still cannot locate the item, please contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate the lost item with our courier and respond to you as soon as we can.
How will I know when my item is going to be delivered?
Our courier will email you with the details of the delivery, including estimated delivery date and tracking number. You can visit the courier’s website and use the tracking number to find out when the package is going to be delivered. Our couriers will also text you with the specific time slot that they will deliver to you on the confirmed date of delivery. Please make sure you provide your mobile number to us, so we can pass it onto our couriers so you can receive these notifications.
What if my item is lost by the courier?
If you have taken the optional insurance at checkout, we will immediately send you a replacement item. If you have not taken the optional insurance, we will help you to make a claim for the loss from the courier. With full tracking by our couriers and frequent notifications by email and text, it is very rare for couriers to lose an item. However, if your item is valuable, please make sure you take the optional insurance so we can send a replacement or give you a refund immediately.

Which bat weight is right for me?
This is a personal choice. The best way to know if a bat weight is right for you, is to pick it up. Try a number of bats at clubs or groups you may be playing with at the moment, or if you have family or friends who have bats, try some for weight and check which you are most comfortable with. If you can comfortably pick the bat up, without it feeling ‘heavy’ then will be the right size and weight for you. If the bat feels heavy, then it will hamper your performance.
Are batter's pads one size for everyone?
No, pads come in boys, youth, adults and oversized adults.. If a product does not list its size please contact us and we will confirm.
What ages are Junior and Senior bats made for?
Refer to our age guide below, when selecting a bat.
Are your products sent from the UK?
Yes. All products are sent from the UK.
How do I book a coaching session?
All coaching sessions are booked and paid for through our website. Please use our Book Online tab on the Home Screen and search for the Venue Location and choose your session and click Book Now. You will be taken to a calendar through which you choose the appropriate dates and proceed to checkout.
What if I book a coaching session but cannot attend?
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy at the bottom of our website which sets out the conditions in these situations
Does my child need to bring anything to the coaching sessions?
When booking onto any hardball sessions and 1-2-1 sessions we would advise you to bring all your own kit. (Helmet, bat, pads, gloves and protective box.) if you do not own all the hardball kit then please check out our online shop or email us if you want an item(s) not currently listed.
For softball sessions we provide everything you will need at the session, but please bring your own drinks bottles.
What if I book coaching sessions and they are cancelled due to the Government Covid restrictions?
If you are unsure about the current climate then it may be better to book week by week for courses and not commit too far in advance. However, if you do block book for a number of weeks and they are disrupted by Covid you can either:
– roll the payments over to another course when we are able to reopen
– get a full refund
Do you only cover Coventry & Warwickshire for coaching?
