If your package is lost during transit, this insurance will cover you for a replacement product from us at no additional cost to you. Lost products are rare, because we use couriers who provide full tracking and 1 hour delivery slots with signed for receipt. However, if insurance cover is not taken, then once your product has been despatched by us, if you have not taken this insurance and the package is lost in transit, you will be responsible for requesting the cost of your product from the courier. We will help you to do this as much as we are able. Packages that are signed for at the delivery address (or nominated alternative address), cannot be refunded, even if insurance is taken as products have been delivered successfully.
